She might not be in a shonen anime where there's fighting every other scene but, she certainly has her share of action. Most of the school girl's in anime's we know usually depend on the guy to save them but this non-average heroin is the only one who's doing the beating up(especially when it comes to Sunohara)
9.Lucy-Elfen Lied
I have to admit Lucy's not one of my favorite characters, but she's definitely bad-ass (let's just say I wouldn't wanna walk into the kitchen at night and see her) and she's pretty hot so hey. Plus killing families for their homes is pretty hardcore.
8.Yoko Littner
Well technically she's not a 'girl' but, for a woman in her fifties this Kunoichi definitely exceeds enough to be in number 7. Not to mention she's the hokage and could probably kick almost any-body's butt in the entire show and she does a good enough job of keeping Naruto in place (and we all know how that's close to impossible)
6.Erza-Fairy Tail
Before she even appeared on the show people were talking about her power as seen when she was described to Lucy. And she's ten times scarier when she's drunk and it probably doesn't help that she has problems holding her liquor o_O
5.Boa Hancock-One Piece
The only female member of the most powerful and notorious pirate organization on the seven seas and the empress of Amazon Lily an empire where the women are rulers. Pretty worthy to be in number 5 don'tcha think?
4.Android 18-Dragon Ball Z
One of my favorite childhood characters (no one can beat Master Roshi though of course) and one of the toughest female characters from Dragon Ball is Android 18 taking 4th place. If I made a top 20 list I'd probably make her 18 just for the irony but, yeah like I said laziness.
3.Integra-Hellsing
Is there anything more to say? (Also my arms hurting and I'm too lazy to write more... even though I just wasted more energy typing this)
Well If she can roll with Alucard she's bad-ass enough to roll into number 3.

2.Rider-Fate/Stay Night
Though she may be logical and doesn't act out of instinct when it comes to her master she doesn't hesitate so you might wanna not kidnap him anytime soon. You know they say you should watch out for the quiet ones, well in that case Rider is one to watch out for. Though she may not be talkative she's analyzing you in her mind and arranging your funeral possibly.

1.Roberta-Black Lagoon
Let's face it the girl's bad-ass and like they say there's nothing sexier than a woman with power. Originally I was gonna put Revy, but if you've ever seen the anime you'll know that Roberta's batsh*t crazy, which is why she's #1. Who else can crush a sword with just their teeth or have a secret gun hidden in their belt? Roberta that's who.
Well that's pretty much all of my twisted opinions for now, which for some reason I felt I had to share with the world (I'll probably make a guy version of this)
